The Minister for the Presidency, Hon. Milly Babalanda, has asked the newly appointed board chair of Uganda AIDS Commission (UAC) to deal with briefcase non-governmental organisations (NGOs) that cheat unsuspecting citizens of their money. “Some NGOS have been hiding behind UAC to cheat people. As a result, some have led to loss of innocent lives and others have tarnished the image of Government to the outsiders,” Hon. Babalanda said.
